I am so happy you are here! Rootz was founded by me (Shannon) in 2024. I am an early childhood educator, mom, and food fanatic. Once I started exploring the science of fruit and vegetable combinations, I fell in love. The food you feed your little ones impacts how they develop. I am here to help support, guide, and provide the best options for you and your family! Our foods can be used for many ages. It can be used to sneak in veggies for picky eaters as well as maintain textures or introduce new ones to enhance sensory development. Whatever you family needs we are here from the Rootz up!
